* We obtain Personal Information directly from the patient/client or from other sources, such as next of kin, the Medical Scheme, or other Treating Providers.

* Personal Information is collected to provide appropriate Medical Services, to affect billing, and to communicate and report to the Patient, Medical Scheme, Referring Practitioner, and other authorised individuals as required by law

How Personal Information may be shared:
* Personal Information may be shared with other Treating Providers, next of kin, the Medical Scheme/Insurer, other Service Providers and Consultants (subject to other confidentiality obligations), Credit Bureaus and Regulatory Agencies as necessary and lawful.

* Unless required by law, no Personal Information will be disclosed to anyone outside of South Africa without prior consent

How long do we retain Personal Information:
*  Records of Personal Information are retained for as long as the information is needed for legitimate, lawful purposes related to the services we or our clients provide
